摘要

本研究旨在制作基于flash的互动多媒体产品,适用于主题3、子主题1、学习主题1、坦格朗县SDS穆罕默迪亚·帕西亚·贾亚四年级学生。本研究是一种采用Dick & Carey模型的研究与开发(research and development)。数据收集采用观察法、问卷调查法。数据分析技术使用定性和定量技术。从媒体、多媒体和材料专家(专题、印尼语和自然科学)的验证数据的结果来看,验证结果表明,上述平均分被归为同意,因为它包含在平均值> 3.4到4.2之间,可以得出结论,讲师绩效考核的新政策可以被批准受访者实施。
