摘要

台北都市出租车服务是一个充满信息不对称的行业。由于出租车服务分配效率低下,在服务区域内存在着时间和空间上的超额供给。为了减少供需差异,本研究提出一种基于云计算的出租车调度服务——云出租车。所有的驾驶行为都记录在系统中,并转化为出租车司机的业务洞察。同时,向终端用户提供多项创新服务。最后,云出租车产生的信息将为政府培育和管理该行业提供强有力的参考。
