摘要

本研究旨在厘清及描述伊斯兰学校校长为提升教师专业精神所督导的各方面、学术督导的方法、学术督导的技巧、学术督导的步骤、督导所面临的问题。由校长在学术方面的努力帮助下,努力帮助提高曼一音乐班雅辛教师在教学方面的专业素养。本研究采用定性方法。数据收集技术包括访谈、观察和记录。数据分析采用访谈分析技术,观察和文献。结果表明,教师已经具备了良好的教学能力,但必须更加积极地在学习中运用信息通信技术,以提高专业教师的专业性。要么接受专业改进培训,要么接受宗教部或伊斯兰学校校长举办的培训。因为被称为专业教师的教师是在学术、能力、专业和作为教师的表现方面符合标准要求的教师。
