PENILAIAN KAPABILITAS SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK UNU LAMPUNG MENGGUNAKAN COBIT 5 DAN ITIL V3

The academic information system service by University of Nahdlatul Ulama Lampung (UNU Lampung) is always developing. This is the reason why UNU Lampung must continuously carry out the process of monitoring, managing, and evaluating the level of information system service readiness. The Monitor and Evaluation must be based on good management information systems. In respond to that, the purpose of this paper to evaluate the capabilities of UNU Lampung’s management information systems using COBIT 5 and ITIL v3 as standards. By integrating those standards had got two main processes, that is EDM04 and APO01. Then the capability value by evaluation got score 1,69, which shows that UNU Lampung management information systems are on level 2. In conclusion UNU Lampung have much room to improve the capabilities of information system services. Some of that are to make Standard Operating Procedures of Resource Management, and Standard Operating Procedures of Monitoring and Evaluating Information System Services. Lastly, UNU Lampung need to evaluate its services performance frequently.
