The way to provide that is to change traditional cryptographic algorithms to post-quantum cryptography algorithms or hybrid solutions. To this, we review in this paper the basics of classical PKI and quantum cryptography methods and the threat of quantum computing for PKI. 摘要

在过去的几年里,量子计算机的威胁变得越来越大。量子计算机的快速计算使依赖经典密码算法的一切都处于危险之中。大规模量子计算机何时建成的问题还没有确切的答案。根据云安全联盟的说法,到2030年左右,量子计算机的能力将会增加,因此传统加密数据暴露的风险将非常高。PKI (Public Key Infrastructure,公钥基础设施)基于非对称加密算法,被广泛应用于许多领域。所以确保它的完全安全是很重要的。实现这一目标的方法是将传统的加密算法改为后量子加密算法或混合解决方案。为此,本文综述了经典PKI和量子密码方法的基本原理以及量子计算对PKI的威胁。我们提出了已经在使用的量子安全解决方案,并通过比较推荐了新的、性能良好的抗量子PKI解决方案。
