Integration of two Microsoft Excel and Business Studio software products has been implemented. Data analysis was carried out on the basis of real values obtained as a result of a survey of employees of the design and quality management departments, and measures were developed to optimize the information and analytical support of the enterprise. The choice of software products for the implementation of the proposed methodology is substantiated. This study examines both theoretical and practical aspects of optimizing the business processes of a manufacturing enterprise. In the course of the study, international and state standards of the quality management system, internal local standards of the enterprise were studied. 摘要
