摘要

针对CEO战略领导力的复杂性和现有评价方法的不足,设计了包含战略愿景能力、战略决策能力、战略实施能力、战略驱动能力和关系能力五种能力的评价指标体系,并建立了基于GIOWA算子的CEO战略领导力评价新模型。最后,通过实例对模型进行了验证。研究结果为评价战略领导力提供了一种可行的方法。可以为中国CEO的选拔、考核和培养提供依据。
