The closure of the library building should not be a reason for libraries to stop providing information services to the public. The Cirebon City Library and Archive Service (Dispusip) continues to adapt to changes and strive to implement services to keep running. This study aimed to find out the form of Cirebon City Dispusip's innovation and obstacles during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through field observations, direct interviews, and literature studies. The informants selected in this study were two employees at the Cirebon City Dispusip. The study results indicated that in the implementation of library services during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Cirebon City Office of Education had made innovations in the form of online services. They included several types of services, namely offline visiting services with limited quotas, online circulation services, online membership services, digital library application services, as well as digital-based creative literacy programs. The obstacle faced by the Cirebon City Dispusip in implementing online service innovations was the problem of system/server errors. 摘要
新常态时代的到来,既是缓解新冠肺炎疫情紧张局势、创造新生活秩序的解决方案,也是各领域必须持续的挑战。图书馆大楼的关闭不应成为图书馆停止向公众提供信息服务的理由。锡雷波市图书馆档案服务中心(Dispusip)不断适应变化,努力实施服务以保持运行。本研究旨在找出新冠肺炎大流行期间碳城市管理创新的形式和障碍。本研究采用描述性定性方法。数据收集技术通过实地观察、直接访谈和文献研究进行。本研究选择的被调查者为两名在炭市医院工作的员工。研究结果表明,在新冠肺炎疫情期间图书馆服务的实施中,锡伯尔市教育厅在网上服务形式方面进行了创新。这些服务包括以下几种类型,即有限额的线下参观服务、在线流通服务、在线会员服务、数字图书馆申请服务以及基于数字的创意素养计划。Cirebon City dispip在实施在线服务创新时面临的障碍是系统/服务器错误问题。由于实施了在线服务创新,即使在大流行期间,炭素城中心的服务也能继续运行。
