Kegiatan preservasi preventif dan kuratif koleksi di Perpustakaan Universitas Komputer Indonesia 印度尼西亚计算机大学图书馆藏品的预防性和治疗性保存活动

Collection preservation is a crucial aspect of a library system. A higher education library called the University of Computer Indonesia (Unikom) Library uses preservation to make sure that users can access collections in the future. This study aims to examine the collection preservation activities at the Unikom Library, focusing on the analysis of preventive and curative preservation activities. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The findings show that preventive preservation activities at the Unikom Library include educating users, controlling room temperature and humidity, keeping collections away from direct sunlight, installing naphthalene balls on bookshelves, and setting up CCTV, flap barriers, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and sprinklers. Meanwhile, curative activities include covering library materials, fumigation by third parties, regular cleaning of rooms and collections, binding library materials, replacing damaged covers or pages of books by third parties, and media conversion (digitization) of thesis collections done using a scanner through the scanning process. This study concludes that both preventive and curative preservation activities at the Unikom Library have been carried out effectively.

Proses digitalisasi karya ilmiah lama di Perpustakaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Padjadjaran Padjadjaran 大学农学院图书馆旧科学著作的数字化过程

Because the Padjadjaran University Faculty of Agriculture Library has so many scholarly books, there is a mountain of accumulation inside of it. Science work is damp, moldy, and dirty. Furthermore, it is very challenging to find scientific articles later due to the mountains of them. The University of Padjadjaran Library's digitalization initiatives are predicated on this understanding. Examining the process of digitizing historical scientific articles (published prior to 2016) in the University of Padjadjaran's Faculty of Agriculture Library is the aim of this study. The research methodology used is a case study methodology using a qualitative approach. In order to gather data, observations and interviews are conducted. Interviews were conducted with the coordinator of digitization activities at the Library of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Padjadjaran, digitization staff, and students who had done digitalization internships. Data analysis uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, and verification. The study's findings indicated that this digitizing process had previously been done, halted, and then continued till the present. The first step involves scanning; the second involves editing the results of the scanning process, such as adding a watermark or a password, but this step has not yet been completed; the three uploading procedures are uploaded to the Unpad Faculty of Agriculture Library's Google Drive. The last phase involves scanning and destroying the physical scientific works; nevertheless, official protocols have not been followed in this process. The study's findings demonstrate that while the digitization efforts undertaken are generally excellent, crucial information pertaining to particular SOPs at every stage of the process is still lacking.

Zoological Museum, School of Life Sciences and Technology, Bandung Institute of Technology has a collection that includes more than 2,200 specimens, consisting of various types of vertebrates and invertebrates. This collection is of great importance as a means of education, research, and the preservation of biodiversity. The ITB Zoological Museum carries out preventive preservation to maintain condition and sustainability, as well as prevent damage to the collection. This activity encompasses the processes of identifying and storing the collection, arranging the placement and labeling of the collection, and periodically maintaining the collection. This research aims to examine the preservation process in the collections at the ITB Zoological Museum in order to protect and maintain information in the collections and speed up the search for information on fauna collections that have been stored in the form of photos and videos on the ITB Zoological website. This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach to understand the collection preservation process at the ITB Zoological Museum from the curator's perspective. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and a literature study. The research results show that the preservation of the collection at the ITB Zoological Museum is carried out in several stages. First, the identification and storage of the collection, where the curator identifies the type, condition, and potential damage to the collection, which is then stored according to its type. Second, the arrangement of placement and labeling of the collection to facilitate the identification process. Third, the maintenance of the collection is carried out periodically by the curator, which includes cleaning, inspecting, and caring for the collection according to its type to prevent further damage. Preventive preservation is a very important activity to maintain the sustainability of the collection at the ITB Zoological Museum. The curator plays a crucial role in the implementation of this preventive preservation and must have adequate knowledge and skills to carry it out.

The Sehati Community Reading Park (Taman Bacaan Masyarakat, TBM) in Bandung Regency is an initiative aimed at enhancing the reading interest of the community, especially in the Cimaung District of Bandung Regency. The literacy movement, organized by TBM Sehati, is designed for all ages, from children to adults. This research aims to understand the literacy movement at the Sehati TBM in Bandung Regency by analyzing the types of activities conducted and the benefits of the literacy movement. A qualitative approach through a case study research method was used in this study. The results indicate that the activities within the literacy movement at TBM Sehati are divided into two categories: routine and non-routine activities. Routine activities include reading and writing training, religious study groups, training for managers and volunteers, as well as drawing and painting workshops. Non-routine activities include baking training, waste management programs (fabric and cattle waste), and writing training (village journalism). The community literacy movement aims to improve the local economy, provide free access to knowledge, offer skills in arts and culture, and ensure an adequate learning environment. Volunteers gain knowledge, experience, a sense of joy, and gratitude. TBM managers also receive community support and trust, establish relationships and cooperation with various parties, benefit financially, and gain unexpected experiences and opportunities. The research concludes that the activities within the literacy movement at TBM Sehati have positively impacted the surrounding community, volunteers, and the TBM managers themselves.

A bibliometric analysis of the of cybersecurity policy research 网络安全政策研究的文献计量分析

The cybersecurity policy is a fundamental framework for developing a robust defense strategy for an organization's digital landscape. It involves various critical steps, including classifying information based on sensitivity, implementing strict access control, encrypting data in transit and at rest, continuous security awareness training, an incident response plan for addressing security breaches, deploying network security measures such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems, and physical security protocols to protect data centers and infrastructure. The purpose of this study is to answer the following questions: How are articles on Cybersecurity Policy classified? What are the latest study trends in Cybersecurity Policy analysis? What are the most frequently published research topics? What are the potential areas for future research in Cybersecurity Policy analysis? This research used a quantitative-descriptive technique. This bibliometric analysis explores the extensive and dynamic domain of cybersecurity policy, examining academic outputs from various dimensions. Utilizing standardized methodologies, including Mendeley software, VOSviewer, and PoP, this study navigates the complex terrain of academic literature. The findings reveal major topics such as 'Cybersecurity policy,' 'Network security policy,' and 'Cybersecurity' emerge, illuminating both well-explored areas and less developed fields such as 'National cybersecurity' and 'Cyberspace.' These unexplored aspects present intriguing avenues for future research.

Zoological Museum, School of Life Sciences and Technology, Bandung Institute of Technology has a collection that includes more than 2,200 specimens, consisting of various types of vertebrates and invertebrates. This collection is of great importance as a means of education, research, and the preservation of biodiversity. The ITB Zoological Museum carries out preventive preservation to maintain condition and sustainability, as well as prevent damage to the collection. This activity encompasses the processes of identifying and storing the collection, arranging the placement and labeling of the collection, and periodically maintaining the collection. This research aims to examine the preservation process in the collections at the ITB Zoological Museum in order to protect and maintain information in the collections and speed up the search for information on fauna collections that have been stored in the form of photos and videos on the ITB Zoological website. This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach to understand the collection preservation process at the ITB Zoological Museum from the curator's perspective. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and a literature study. The research results show that the preservation of the collection at the ITB Zoological Museum is carried out in several stages. First, the identification and storage of the collection, where the curator identifies the type, condition, and potential damage to the collection, which is then stored according to its type. Second, the arrangement of placement and labeling of the collection to facilitate the identification process. Third, the maintenance of the collection is carried out periodically by the curator, which includes cleaning, inspecting, and caring for the collection according to its type to prevent further damage. Preventive preservation is a very important activity to maintain the sustainability of the collection at the ITB Zoological Museum. The curator plays a crucial role in the implementation of this preventive preservation and must have adequate knowledge and skills to carry it out.

Hubungan literasi informasi dengan self-directed learning mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi 传播科学系学生的信息素养与自主学习之间的关系

The creation of a thesis, which is the outcome of student research, is one of the requirements for graduation in higher education. In the thesis completion process, students are required to have adequate information literacy and self-directed learning skills. Students of Fikom Unpad, class of 2016, were introduced to the concept of information literacy during the new student orientation and in the TPB (Preparation Stage for Learning) program in the KBLI (Information Literacy Learning Activities) course. This research aims to identify the relationship between information literacy and self-directed learning among Fikom Unpad students of the 2016 class in the thesis preparation process. The research method used is quantitative, utilizing Chi-square and Pearson Product Moment analysis. The theoretical foundation refers to the ACRL (Association of College, Research, and Library) standards of 2000, covering aspects of information needs, information search strategies, information evaluation, information usage, and ethics and law in information use. This study involved 209 students of Fikom Unpad, class of 2016, with a sample size of 136 individuals. The results show a significant relationship between information literacy (X) and self-directed learning (Y), with a high correlation between sub-variable X (information needs, information search strategies, and information usage) and variable Y. Meanwhile, other sub-variables of X (information evaluation, ethics, and the law of information use) have a moderate relationship with variable Y. It was found that students' motivation and self-directed learning ability can increase with improved information literacy skills, considering the interrelation between the indicators of information literacy and self-directed learning. The higher the level of students' information literacy, the better their self-directed learning abilities.

The Sehati Community Reading Park (Taman Bacaan Masyarakat, TBM) in Bandung Regency is an initiative aimed at enhancing the reading interest of the community, especially in the Cimaung District of Bandung Regency. The literacy movement, organized by TBM Sehati, is designed for all ages, from children to adults. This research aims to understand the literacy movement at the Sehati TBM in Bandung Regency by analyzing the types of activities conducted and the benefits of the literacy movement. A qualitative approach through a case study research method was used in this study. The results indicate that the activities within the literacy movement at TBM Sehati are divided into two categories: routine and non-routine activities. Routine activities include reading and writing training, religious study groups, training for managers and volunteers, as well as drawing and painting workshops. Non-routine activities include baking training, waste management programs (fabric and cattle waste), and writing training (village journalism). The community literacy movement aims to improve the local economy, provide free access to knowledge, offer skills in arts and culture, and ensure an adequate learning environment. Volunteers gain knowledge, experience, a sense of joy, and gratitude. TBM managers also receive community support and trust, establish relationships and cooperation with various parties, benefit financially, and gain unexpected experiences and opportunities. The research concludes that the activities within the literacy movement at TBM Sehati have positively impacted the surrounding community, volunteers, and the TBM managers themselves.

Proses digitalisasi karya ilmiah lama di Perpustakaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Padjadjaran Padjadjaran 大学农学院图书馆旧科学著作的数字化过程

Because the Padjadjaran University Faculty of Agriculture Library has so many scholarly books, there is a mountain of accumulation inside of it. Science work is damp, moldy, and dirty. Furthermore, it is very challenging to find scientific articles later due to the mountains of them. The University of Padjadjaran Library's digitalization initiatives are predicated on this understanding. Examining the process of digitizing historical scientific articles (published prior to 2016) in the University of Padjadjaran's Faculty of Agriculture Library is the aim of this study. The research methodology used is a case study methodology using a qualitative approach. In order to gather data, observations and interviews are conducted. Interviews were conducted with the coordinator of digitization activities at the Library of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Padjadjaran, digitization staff, and students who had done digitalization internships. Data analysis uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, and verification. The study's findings indicated that this digitizing process had previously been done, halted, and then continued till the present. The first step involves scanning; the second involves editing the results of the scanning process, such as adding a watermark or a password, but this step has not yet been completed; the three uploading procedures are uploaded to the Unpad Faculty of Agriculture Library's Google Drive. The last phase involves scanning and destroying the physical scientific works; nevertheless, official protocols have not been followed in this process. The study's findings demonstrate that while the digitization efforts undertaken are generally excellent, crucial information pertaining to particular SOPs at every stage of the process is still lacking.

Science work is damp, moldy, and dirty. Furthermore, it is very challenging to find scientific articles later due to the mountains of them. The University of Padjadjaran Library's digitalization initiatives are predicated on this understanding. Examining the process of digitizing historical scientific articles (published prior to 2016) in the University of Padjadjaran's Faculty of Agriculture Library is the aim of this study. The research methodology used is a case study methodology using a qualitative approach. In order to gather data, observations and interviews are conducted. Interviews were conducted with the coordinator of digitization activities at the Library of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Padjadjaran, digitization staff, and students who had done digitalization internships. Data analysis uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, and verification. The study's findings indicated that this digitizing process had previously been done, halted, and then continued till the present. The first step involves scanning; the second involves editing the results of the scanning process, such as adding a watermark or a password, but this step has not yet been completed; the three uploading procedures are uploaded to the Unpad Faculty of Agriculture Library's Google Drive. The last phase involves scanning and destroying the physical scientific works; nevertheless, official protocols have not been followed in this process.
