Investigation on CdS: Mn quantum dots using scanning laser microscopy
This paper investigates the effect of the dopant on the photoluminescent spectrum of quantum dots and we used a confocal spectral laser scanning microscope (CSLM) to investigate CdS:Mn nanoparticles within thin films.
