Define the concept of “informed voluntary consent”. To develop ethical recommendations and legal standards for the registration of consent and refusal of the patient in relation to medical intervention.Materials and methods. To achieve this goal, we conducted a content analysis of domestic and foreign literature, as well as regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus devoted to this issue.Results. The definition of the concept of “informed voluntary consent” is given. Ethical recommendations and legal standards for the registration of the patient’s consent and refusal regarding medical intervention have been developed.Conclusion.
