摘要

本文提出了风电场选址的一种方法。考虑了三个主要标准:风能潜力、运输和成本。本研究的目的是对选择最佳风力发电厂选址的标准和子标准进行全面的两两比较。采用多准则决策方法——模糊分析网络过程(F-ANP)来解决这一问题。实际上,根据准则和子准则的相互依赖关系建立了一个分析网络结构,并采用三角模糊数对它们进行两两比较。对模糊两两比较进行程度分析,得到权重向量。最后,从全局权值的极限超矩阵中求出各位置的优先级。通过一个实际的数值例子来说明该方法。
