摘要

本研究旨在探讨员工忠诚度与工作环境对员工绩效的影响。所使用的数据为主要数据,所使用的主要数据为来自PT.PMP Bobbin单元的主要数据。数据样本采用有目的的抽样方法,以工作年限超过等于20年的标准,共有78个样本,将使用SEM PLS应用程序进行测试,从分析结果可知,员工忠诚度对员工绩效有影响,而工作环境变量对员工绩效的影响较小。
