The research method applied in the article is a qualitative method based on statistical data from the Hanoi Tourism Department and the National Steering Committee for COVID-19. Through statistics, the study has analyzed the impact of COVID-19 on Hanoi's tourism industry, thereby proposing solutions to restore the city's tourism industry after COVID- 19.
