Aiming at the situation, a concept of transparent distribution network is proposed in this paper, based on which, a data acquisition terminal is also designed. The terminal can be used for data collection and communication of various kinds of distributing equipment. Furthermore, a data operation & maintenance platform of transparent distribution network is presented, as well as the architecture and implementation of it.
