摘要

由于中低压配电网数据采集困难,设备状态不可见,在配电网的运维中往往不能令人满意。针对这种情况,本文提出了透明配电网的概念,并在此基础上设计了数据采集终端。该终端可用于各种配电设备的数据采集和通信。在此基础上,提出了一种透明配电网数据运维平台,以及该平台的体系结构和实现方法。以中国南方某农村配电网为试点,通过对收集到的运行数据进行分析,有助于实现透明配电网的智能运维和辅助决策,大大提高了管理效率和水平。
