摘要

摘要本研究旨在探讨南坦格朗市基督教宗教教育教师的个人能力对中学生学习动机是否有影响。基督教宗教教育的教师必须掌握所教授的知识,具备一整套教学知识和专业技能。基督教宗教教育的教师也被要求成为学生的榜样。本研究是一项采用定量方法的描述性研究。通过问卷调查收集教师人格能力与学生学习动机的相关数据。研究对象是来自南坦格朗不同学校的100名学生。该研究于2018年7月至12月进行。通过假设检验可知,t-count (3.342) > = table(1.9845),因此H0被拒绝,Ha被接受,说明南坦格朗高中基督教宗教教育教师的个人能力影响了学生的学习动机。
