This research is about the analysis of Code-switching integration realization on students’ classroom performance. It is done to find out how the integration of Code-switching realization on students’ classroom performance. It was done at Universitas Kristen Indonesia. The research method used was a qualitative research approach with a descriptive design. The subject of the research was the student of batch 2017 in English for Basic Math class. The instruments used were observation sheets and documentation. The findings of the research are: a) there are three types of Codeswitching used by the students during classroom performances, are: 1) there were 78 utterances that belong to Codeswitching (inter-sentential); 2) 64 utterances that belong to Code-switching (intra-sentential), and 3) 45 utterances that belong to Code-switching (tag-switching); b) there were five functions of Code-switching found during the classroom performances, they are: reiterations function 28 (15%), addressee specifications function 52 (28%), quotations function 46 (25%), and personalization 37 (20%), and message qualification function 24 (12%). The conclusion is that the students of the English Education Department batch 2017 still made a lot of Code-switching during the classroom performances, where it indicates that the students' ability in speaking requires improvement, especially in a specific field such as Mathematics.

This research examines the perceptions and values of the life of students studying in tertiary institutions regarding gender roles. For this purpose, 324 students were randomly selected and their Attitudes towards Gender Roles and Life Values were measured along with several socio-demographic questions. 35.2% of the students who participated in this study were male, and 64.8% were female students. Judging from the average scale according to gender, it can be seen that the average female student is higher than male students. When youth views on gender roles were examined, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference (p <0.05) between the genders across most of the propositions. In addition, it is observed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the dimensions of student life values and egalitarian gender roles, which are sub-dimensions of gender perceptions and the role of gender in marriage. The results of this study are important to reveal adolescent views on gender.

This research aims to describe the data measuring variables with respect to the quality of government financial reports. This is a descriptive statistical research that uses a meta-analysis method in analyzing the data. The collection of data involved the use of documentation techniques drawn from previous research journal papers related to the quality of government financial reports. This study found that among 45 data measuring variables, there were 34 variable that have a significant effect and 11 variables with no significant effect.

As social beings we need to communicate, and this need is emphatically felt in the current pandemic situation where we are forced to live in a state of unnatural isolation and unnatural restrictions Miscommunication is the cause of most of the communication break downs that happen. Healthy and effective communication therefore assumes paramount importance. Spoken language enables people to take an active role in social groups. This study focuses on creating awareness among learners that employers look for good communication skills whether online or offline, especially while recruiting fresh college graduates. The aim of the research is to identify the conversational shortcomings in students at the undergraduate level, which hinder their prospects in getting employment after they graduate. Against the backdrop of the current situation this study gains even more significance as now more than ever with jobs getting scarcer, the graduates seeking employment have to be more employment ready. The research concentrates on ways in which students could be trained in acquiring a repertoire of techniques, which will make them effective speakers. Having good communication skills can give a job aspirant an edge over other prospective employees. Mastery over the communication process cab be brought about by training in specific pragmatic structures and conversational strategies. This project aims to emphasize the point that successful conversational and interactive strategies can be taught through carefully graded modules. Though some research has been done in listening, speaking, reading and writing, not much has been done on conversational skills required by corporate employers who are inevitably going to employ fresh college graduates. The experiment was done using control group and experimental group, using before and after two group design. If such a training in healthy communication skills especially conversational niceties, is included in the curriculum itself, the students would definitely go on to do extremely well when they seek employment.

Branchless Banking is part of the financial inclusion program, which provides financial services performed outside bank branches using information and communication technology, also non-bank retail agents. Branchless Banking aims to provide financial products that are simple, easy to understand and in accordance with needs, for people who have not been reached by financial services. It is expected to reinforce community economic activities so as to encourage economic growth and equitable development among regions in Indonesia, especially between villages and cities. The purpose of this research is to find out whether Branchless banking services in Indonesia can be said as Disruptive Innovation. Based on the concept and also the success of other countries, Branchless banking service is a Disruptive Innovation, because it is targeting a new market, namely the lower classes that have not been reached by banks (unbanked) with enormous potential in Indonesia; The services are offered in the form of banking products suitted to the needs of the market target which are low cost, easy to use for its customers and use information technology solutions, in this case cellular phones, as a tool for conducting transactions.

Today, the market world is becoming more complex, unpredictable, and competitive. Companies, as business actors, require the position of trained and knowledgeable human resources or personnel to adapt to changes in the business climate. The use of human resource management and investment as a form of strategic advantage is essential. This may be attributed to the fact that human resources are the subjects or actors in the organization's organizational operations that utilize and control other resources. By human capital, entrepreneurs may build business plans and execute them to succeed and attract business competition. The ability of company actors to implement and conduct skills-based human resources is the secret to an organization's success in business competitiveness.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence by implementing the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model towards the interests and learning outcomes of the volume of geometrical building material for students of 50 Junior High School in the East Jakarta. (1) the research approach used is quantitative research, (2) the type of research used is quasi-experimental, (3) the same population and sample are 64 students from grades VIII-B and VIIID in 50 Junior High School in the East Jakarta, (4) the analysis technique used is the t-test it can be seen that there is an influence between students who are taught by using a jigsaw cooperative learning model using kahoot assessment with a conventional learning model, with a value of t = 6.402> t table = 1.696 at a significant level of 5%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive influence on the type of jigsaw cooperative learning model on the interests and learning outcomes of students from class VIII in 50 Junior High School in the East Jakarta. The magnitude of the effect of the jigsaw cooperative learning model using kahoot assessment on the interests and learning outcomes of eighth grade students of 50 Junior High School in the East Jakarta was 11.37%.
