摘要

连续油管作业后,总会有泥浆、沙子或酸等物质附着在连续油管内壁上。盘管最后一次操作后的冲洗不能达到最佳清洗效果,残留在盘管内壁的液体导致在0℃以下发生爆裂。为了减轻作业车辆的重量,延长盘管的使用寿命,有必要在冲洗后增加排水工序。因此,本文所建立的模型是基于在高压气体的推动下,在螺旋管内采用橡胶柱塞干涉配合。利用ansys对接触过程进行非线性分析,提取接触压力。考虑了三个参数:橡胶柱塞与管道的干涉、橡胶柱塞的厚度和压差。
