Each software analyzed was developed by a single developer. Evidence was found that developers with MBTI type “INTJ” (Introvert, iNtuitive, Thinking, Judging), presented lower levels of depth of inheritance tree (DIT) and “slightly” smaller methods (LOC). 摘要

专业软件开发人员的个性一直是学术研究中持续关注的一个因素。研究者们在不同的软件工程领域应用了不同的人格分析模型,以识别改进点,提高工作满意度,更好地组织团队。本文旨在通过一份经验报告来评估MBTI人格模型(Myers-Briggs Type Indication)在软件开发人员中的应用,并了解人格如何影响专业人员的工作。该经验应用于一所私立大学的6名开发人员,通过面向对象软件度量来度量所开发软件的质量。所分析的每个软件都是由单个开发人员开发的。有证据表明,MBTI类型为“INTJ”(内向、直觉、思考、判断)的开发人员表现出较低的继承树深度(DIT)水平和“略”较小的方法(LOC)。因此,很明显,需要进一步研究个性和面向对象软件度量之间的关系。
