The purpose of study was to find effect of various sweet maize varieties (Zea mays saccharata Sturt.) on the fresh weight, dry weight and crude fiber content of corn plants biomass. This research used a completely randomized design (CRD) method with five treatments, namely (P1) Talenta varieties, (P2) Manise varieties, (P3) Asia 86 varieties, (P4) Bonanza varieties, and (P5) Paragon varieties. Each treatment was repeated four times. The variables observed by Anova Test and Orthogonal Contrast Method Test. The results showed that the treatment of varieties had a significantly different effect (P<0,05) on the production of fresh weight, dry weight and crude fiber content of corn plants biomass. 摘要
该研究于2018年3月至2019年1月在Lahan Percobaan Agrostologi, Tanaman Makanan Ternak实验室(TMT)和Nutrisi Ternak Ruminansia实验室和Kimia Makanan Ternak Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Padjadjaran进行。研究不同甜玉米品种(Zea mays saccharata Sturt.)对玉米植株生物量鲜重、干重和粗纤维含量的影响。本研究采用完全随机设计(CRD)方法,5个处理分别为(P1) Talenta品种、(P2) Manise品种、(P3) Asia 86品种、(P4) Bonanza品种和(P5) Paragon品种。每次治疗重复4次。方差分析和正交对比法检验观察到的变量。结果表明,品种处理对玉米植株生物量鲜重、干重和粗纤维含量的影响差异显著(P< 0.05)。Paragon品种的牧草鲜重和干重最高,而Bonanza品种的粗纤维含量最低。
