After six hours, the inner cristae and outer membrane of mitochondria disappeared. Endonucleus vesicles appear ed. Heterochromatin increased in the nucleus. Forty-eight hours later, mitochondria had no longer its original feature. The outer layer of plasma membrane vanished away. 摘要
