摘要

本文从不断现代化和适应当代社会要求不断创新的高等教育现状出发,探讨如何培养和发展未来专业人才的学科素质。在对“反思”一词进行概念分析的基础上,论述了反思性对确保以学生为中心的高等教育的重要性。对学生在高等教育初始专业培训过程中反身性发展动态的实证研究强调,需要使反思性教学技术适应学生的反身性潜力,而学生的反身性潜力在学习期间的表现是不同的。

The dynamics of students’ reflection development
