摘要

航空零件的装配是一项极其复杂的工程。一个大零件通常由成千上万个小零件组成,这些小零件由各种类型的标准件连接起来。传统人工物流由于效率低、信息化程度低,已不能满足现代航空零部件装配过程中对标准件物流技术的要求。根据当前航空零部件装配技术和物流技术的发展方向,建立了基于标准的自动分拣存储单元、智能运输、包装、AGV配送单元等一体化的航空零部件装配过程所需标准件自动分级配送方案;从而可以有效的提高航空零部件在装配过程中所需的标准物流效率和信息化水平。
