Networks within and between organizations, as a strategy to potentiate knowledge sharing might be considered one of the most important approaches an organization may adopt. \nObjectives: To evaluate how the dynamics of knowledge creation occur in an intra-organizational network. \nMethods: This study is developed according to a descriptive and exploratory typology and uses the methodology of a case study developed over an optical services network in Portugal. \nResults: The results present evidence that the context of an intra-organizational network may favor a collective learning environment, mainly represented by the interaction that occurs between the collaborators of the various units and with the help of several “interaction” and knowledge creation spaces. \nConclusions: The potential attributed to knowledge and networks in promoting the best organizational practices justify the interest of this analysis and the contribution of this study to the business environment.","PeriodicalId":375679,"journal":{"name":"Millenium - Journal of Education, Technologies, and Health","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0000,"publicationDate":"2019-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":"1","resultStr":"{\"title\":\"Dynamics of knowledge creation in intra-organizational networks\",\"authors\":\"C. 摘要

导读:知识作为差异化因素和竞争力的增强剂,已成为现代社会发展的重要支柱,在经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用。组织内部和组织之间的网络,作为一种促进知识共享的策略,可能被认为是一个组织可能采用的最重要的方法之一。目的:评估知识创造的动态如何在组织内部网络中发生。方法:本研究是根据描述性和探索性类型学开发的,并使用了在葡萄牙光服务网络上开发的案例研究的方法。结果:组织内部网络环境有利于集体学习环境,主要表现为各单位合作者之间的互动,并借助多个“互动”和知识创造空间。结论:知识和网络在促进最佳组织实践方面的潜力证明了本分析的兴趣和本研究对商业环境的贡献。
