摘要

研究了Bion-M1生物卫星内包埋莴苣种子的细胞遗传学特性。根据包装内放置的固体剂量计测定的吸收剂量为58±3 mGy。染色体畸变细胞百分比、多重畸变细胞百分比、染色体桥和染色体片段百分比显著(p≤0.001)增加;染色单体桥和片段的比例没有显著增加。同时,飞行样品的种子活力和发芽能力保持在99 ~ 100%的对照水平。
