22例检查性银屑病患者分别用uv灯UVS 65-2 (Narva, Brand-Erbisdorf)或TL-01 (Philips Company, Eindhoven, Niederlande)照射。后者发射出311纳米的窄波段紫外光谱,似乎最适合治疗牛皮癣。在我们的条件下,TL-01灯的清除率较高,累积照射剂量明显较低。
