Sedangkan uji-t variabel lingkungan kerja memperoleh nilai thitung 2,986 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,004<0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
