Four aspects of CAI in probability and statistics are researched mainly to reform traditional teaching and enhance teaching quality and effect of probability and statistics. Firstly, the paper defines traditional teaching of probability and statistics. Secondly, the paper addresses some skills of doing multimedia courseware of probability and statistics. Thirdly, the paper considers application and development of statistical software of CAI in probability and statistics.
