{"title":"定性学校管理在提高教师工作满意度中的重要性","authors":"Aija Peršēvica","doi":"10.15181/ATEE.V1I0.119","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"Thefocus of this research is the importance of qualitative school management inassuring a high teacher job satisfaction level and therefore a high level ofquality of education.Inthe first part of the research data were collected at 5 schools with highachievements of the pupils in the mandatory centralised national examinationsand at 6 schools with low results demonstrated by the pupils. In the secondpart of the research, high school headmaster and teachers, who wereinterviewed, participated in the research.Asa result of the research, it was concluded that teachers are mostly satisfiedwith the chosen profession. Analysis of the identified correlations showed thatthere is a significant correlation between school management and teacher jobsatisfaction and between several levels of interpersonal relationships andvarious aspects of quality of education.
