摘要

分析了CDMA蜂窝系统中的软切换问题。为了改善软切换过程中由于信道资源短缺而导致的性能下降,我们提出了一种将一些伪切换调用占用的信道转换为新切换调用的新方案。该方案的随机奖励网(SRN)模型由SPNP(随机Petri网包)构造和求解。数值计算结果表明,该方案可以有效地减少掉接呼叫和阻塞新呼叫。
