摘要

本文设计并优化了从半高矩形波导到微带传输线的全ka波段过渡。采用阶梯阻抗微带探头,实现了良好的阻抗匹配。通过ANSYS HFSS仿真和优化,设计的过渡在全Ka波段的插入损耗为15dB。在26.5 ~ 37GHz频段,插入损耗维持在0.15dB以下,回波损耗维持在20dB以上。这种半高矩形波导向微带转换不仅具有高性能,而且具有比传统波导尺寸小得多的优点,在紧凑型ka波段集成电路和系统中具有潜在的应用前景。
