Current research is now directed to- wards finding naturally occurring antioxidant of herbal drugs. Antioxidant activity of methanol e-xtract of Amrycard powder was evaluated by using Phosphomolybdenum assay, DPPH radical sca- venging assay, superoxide radical scavenging as-say and ABTS assay. The total phenolic, total tan-nins, and total flavonoids content were determined. \nAntibacterial activity was also studied against Ba-cillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus au-reus and staphylococcus by using cup-plate me-thod. Erythromycin was used as standard antibac-terial agent 1.The methanol extract was diluted into different concentration (1,2, 4, 6, 8, 10 mg/l00 μl)with DMSO. 摘要

自由基与糖尿病、关节炎、癌症、衰老等80多种疾病的治疗有关;抗氧化疗法已经获得了极大的重视。目前的研究方向是寻找天然存在的草药抗氧化剂。采用磷钼法、DPPH自由基清除法、超氧自由基清除法和ABTS法对紫霉粉甲醇提取物的抗氧化活性进行了评价。测定总酚、总鞣质、总黄酮含量。并采用杯盘法对枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色链球菌和葡萄球菌进行了抑菌活性研究。以红霉素作为标准抗菌药物。用DMSO将甲醇提取物稀释成不同浓度(1、2、4、6、8、10 mg/l00 μl)。研究结果表明,黄曲霉粉具有明显的抗菌活性。
