In the paper, we propose an advanced WAVI (Wide Area Voltage Stability) for monitoring dynamic voltage stability. It reflects the PMU installation plan of KEPCO, thus it is suitable for KEPCO system specially. The salient features of the proposed index are; i) it uses only PMU measurements without coupling with EMS data. ii) it is computationally unburden so that it can be applied to real-time situation. 摘要

通过发展相量测量单元(PMU),可以对电力系统动态行为的各个方面进行监测和诊断。动态电压稳定性监测成为pmu可以取得的成果之一。由于韩国电力系统的电压稳定指标较多,选择合适的方法是非常重要的。在本文中,我们提出了一种先进的广域电压稳定(WAVI)来监测动态电压稳定性。它反映了韩国电力公司的PMU安装计划,因此特别适用于韩国电力公司的系统。拟议指数的显著特点是:i)仅使用PMU测量值,不与EMS数据耦合。Ii)计算负担轻,可应用于实时情况。将该指标应用于韩国电力公司试验系统,通过对比研究,结果表明该指标能够成功地预测电压不稳定。
