摘要

互动性作为技术维度的重要属性,具有促进情感寄托和辅助任务完成的功能,有利于在线学习社区的维护和发展。本研究认为,尽管交际系统和工具的多样性,但互动性的本质对学习者的任务完成和社会情感满意度有重要贡献,从而间接影响他们的继续意愿。本研究以299名采用3种在线学习模式的大学生为研究对象,采用SmartPLS2.0软件对互动性、社区感、感知有用性与学习者继续学习意愿之间的关系进行分析。本研究证明,互动性本质的倡导对学习者的社区意识和在线教育有用性感知有显著的正向影响,并对学习者继续学习意愿的维持起部分中介作用。
