Using SOLIDWORKS to establish the whole machine model and ADAMS to carry out simulation analysis on the model. The height of the cutting tool off the ground, the horizontal displacement and the load of each hydraulic cylinder in the process of movement are calculated. The rationality of the whole machine motion is verified, and the prototype is made based on the model and simulation results. 摘要

为了提高树篱修剪机的工作效率和功能单一,本课题创新性地设计了一种车载双臂树篱修剪机。可同时对绿化带的顶部和一侧进行修剪。实时调整修整角度和宽度也可以修整公路边坡。利用SOLIDWORKS建立整机模型,并利用ADAMS对模型进行仿真分析。计算了刀具离地高度、运动过程中各液压缸的水平位移和载荷。验证了整机运动的合理性,并根据模型和仿真结果制作了样机。现场运行证明了所设计的车载双臂树篱修剪机的可行性和创新性。
