The study's result served as the foundation for developing a localized training design. This study utilized a quantitative research design and collected data through online survey questionnaires for the data analysis. The results revealed that the participants' level of challenges related to technology access, assessing students' progress, and preparing content for online learning is moderately high. In addition, the participants, as grouped according to school taught and sex, showed no significant difference in their level of challenges.
