摘要

采用固相反应方法合成了(x = 0.05, 0.10, 0.15)固溶体,研究了其晶体结构、微观结构、宽温度和宽频率范围内的电学和介电性能。结果表明,钛酸盐呈正交结构结晶,为p型半导体,铌和锰部分取代钛后,烧结性能和介电常数增大,晶粒尺寸和热电动势系数减小。证实了陶瓷的电均质性,弛豫过程是非德拜类弛豫过程,且阻抗谱和模量谱的弛豫活化能值吻合较好。
