Analysis of the data in this study using validity test, reliability test, direct effect test, indirect effect test and hypothesis testing. 摘要

摘要本研究旨在探讨胜任力、工作纪律与职位对资讯通讯科技保安服务机构工作满意度的影响,以及职位对绩效的影响。本研究采用定量研究和描述性分析方法。本研究的变量分为三类:1)自变量,2)干预变量,3)约束变量。本研究的数据分为一手数据和二次数据。本研究的样本是2021年1月在信息通信技术安全服务研究所工作至少一年的230名员工,分布在信息通信技术安全服务研究所的各个工作单位。本研究数据的分析采用效度检验、信度检验、直接效应检验、间接效应检验和假设检验。根据数据分析的结果,可以得出结论:1)胜任力、工作纪律、工作安置直接对工作满意度有显著的正向影响;2)胜任力和工作安置对绩效无显著正向影响;3)工作纪律直接影响绩效;4)就业满意度对绩效有正向显著影响;5)工作满意度直接对绩效产生正向显著影响。
