FEMINISMO NEGRO: UM PANORAMA SOCIAL E JURÍDICO

_________________________________________________________________ The theme of this study is black feminism; we will address the importance of this movement and the visibility of its agendas, in order to demonstrate the great contribution of black feminism to a development of critical thinking, exposing different realities and particularities that are within the movement Feminist. In short, we will address fundamental and unavailable rights by demonstrating the importance of equality, the fight against racism and misogyny. Some judicial relevant decisions to the subject will also be observed in the present work. Black feminism highlights the importance of black women occupying spaces that traditionally do not belong to them. We will discuss our society, which has deep roots in patriarchy and slavery, which still today insist on determining gender and race roles. Throughout the article we developed the situation of social vulnerability of women. The perspective developed by black feminism exposes that after many years of claiming, women are still fighting for equal rights and against various attempts at social annulment.
