The model takes two-dimensional barcode as information carrier which identifies entity object closely related to vegetable cultivation, processing, transportation, storage, marketing, and adopts Web Service Technology for processing and exchanging information. Consumers first install two-dimensional barcode reading software on intelligent terminals, and then scan the two-dimensional barcode on the vegetable product packaging through the terminal camera. 摘要

近年来发生了各种食品安全和卫生事件。因此,如何有效地保障食品安全日益成为亟待研究和解决的问题。建立食品安全追溯能力体系,对食品进行有效的跟踪和追溯,是有效保障食品安全的重要手段。本文通过对蔬菜供应链的分析,提出了一种结合二维条码技术和Web服务技术的蔬菜安全追溯能力模型。该模型以二维条码为信息载体,识别与蔬菜种植、加工、运输、储存、销售密切相关的实体对象,并采用Web Service技术进行信息处理和交换。消费者首先在智能终端上安装二维码读取软件,然后通过终端摄像头扫描蔬菜产品包装上的二维码。读取软件向溯源系统提供的Web Service接口发送请求,经过程序解析后将蔬菜溯源信息返回给终端。
