摘要

以成本和排放最小化为目标,提出了基于热电联产的微电网能量优化管理的多目标模型。为了以最小的成本和排放满足MG的动力和热量需求,实施了需求响应(DR)方案。需求响应计划鼓励消费者对市场电价的短期变化做出反应,以减少高峰负荷时段的需求。本文所考虑的机组由纯功率机组、纯热量机组、热电联产机组和储能系统组成。拟议的MG能够向电网出售/购买电能。本文通过两个实例验证了该方法的有效性。
