摘要

本文制备了氧化石墨烯(GO)含量为0- 1.5% (wt. %)的环保型醇酸涂料,以改善涂料的机械性能、防腐性能和抗热氧化性能。用FT-IR对涂层中的氧化石墨烯进行表征。采用盐雾试验研究了含氧化石墨烯的环保型醇酸涂料的耐蚀性。考察了氧化石墨烯含量对添加和不添加氧化石墨烯的醇酸涂料附着力、抗折强度、相对硬度和热氧化稳定性的影响。氧化石墨烯含量为1.2 wt. %,显著改善了环保型醇酸涂料的机械性能、耐腐蚀性、抗热氧化性。
