The topology can also balance voltage of batteries without an equalization circuit and has low harmonics distortion. 摘要

针对电动汽车的模块化传动系统,提出了一种基于电力电子变压器的模块化多电平拓扑结构。由于其高度模块化,该拓扑结构可以很容易地应用于各种电动汽车,从个人车辆到乘用车。与传统的两种模块化多电平变换器相比,该变换器所需的子模块更少,控制更简单。该拓扑结构无需均衡电路即可实现电池电压平衡,谐波失真小。仿真结果表明,在综合驱动循环中,该拓扑结构比传统的6开关2电平逆变器结构具有更高的整体效率。
