摘要

随着场发射技术的发展,阴极发光光源的应用领域不断开拓,使阴极发光光源的优势得以充分发挥。目前,聚丙烯腈碳纤维(PAN CF)的场发射性能得到了广泛的研究。本工作的目的是比较聚丙烯腈碳氟化合物的场发射特性,并得出其工业应用的可能性。
