The model of corruption networks based on electric-network analogues is formalized and studied in this paper. Algorithms for finding the equilibrium Cournot-Nash and compromise point are proposed in this model. One numerical example is solved. The processes of dynamics of corruption services are modeled through the circuits of corrupt officials-agents.

Photocathode electron guns are key devices for high quality electron bunches generation. Development of the original photocathode conception - backside illuminated transmissive (for laser beam) photocathode - is going on at the Photo-gun test bench of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR). Such cathode has an improved (in comparison with “classic” photocathode) quantum efficiency due to vectorial photoelectric effect. The influence of the diamond-like carbon (DLC) films production technology on quantum efficiency of prepared photocathode has been investigated. DLC films were deposited on silicon substrate and stainless steel mesh by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition from gas mixture CH4+Dz(Hz)+Ar and reactive magnetron sputtering using carbon target and gas mixture Ar and Dz(Hz). The concentration of elements in films was determined by Rutherford backscattering spectrometry and Elastic recoil detection analytical methods simultaneously. Raman spectroscopy at visible excitation wavelength was used for I(D)/I(G) ratio determination. Emission properties of the films were investigated, new results concerning extracted charge and quantum efficiency are presented.

A statistical research of an algorithm complexity as a random value was carried out via numerical experimentation using parallel computation. For a segment of input data sizes point characteristics for this random value and its confidence interval are obtained. Confidence complexity function value based on gamma-distribution is determined. The following result have been obtained: the used criteria are adequate for predicting the mean execution time and its confidence intervals for given input types.

The present paper is devoted to the development, investigation, and computer simulation of a multichannel WOLA algorithm with regard to hydroacoustic monitoring and radio monitoring tasks in real time. Radio monitoring and hydroacoustic monitoring tasks are discussed and the main requirements to existing monitoring systems are provided. Several signal processing algorithms are considered including those based on a filter bank with complex modulation, polyphase filter bank, and a single-channel weighted overlap-add algorithm (WOLA-algorithm). The multichannel WOLA-algorithm is developed and clarified. High-performance software-hardware implementations on the basis of CPU and CUDA are compared and CUDA is shown to provide advantages for filter banks under study.

Modern materials of nuclear installations are highly resistant to general corrosion but they are very sensitive to specific types of electrochemical corrosion, e.g., pitting formation. The presence of geometrical imperfections (e.g., a corrosion pit) may cause serious damage and significantly decrease the strength and durability of mechanical structures. This paper studies the stress distribution caused by a single corrosion pit on the outer surface of a linearly elastic thick spherical shell. The influence of various geometrical parameters of the problem on stress concentration is investigated. Two stress concentration factors are introduced to analyze the stress increase caused by the presence of the pit. Calculations are performed using ANSYS.

Two kinds of biological mobility are considered: skeletal muscular mobility and ciliary mobility. It is shown that these kinds have similar mechanisms of mobility on the micro lever. The problem of formation and approach of mathematical model and design control law for two-linked robot manipulator is considered. This robotic can be provided in the form of flipped TL-type pendulum. The method of physical modeling in MATLAB with using the library SimScape SimMechanics is suggested. Main features of this modeling type are considered. The dynamic properties of the obtained model and linear model of T-type pendulum are defined and described. The speed control law for mathematical and physical Model of control object is designed.
