Performance measure of flow parameters was at the operational period of the road. Therefore, this work examined the 2-way 2-lane roads with various performance measures. The capacity of mid blocks was also determined by plotting capacity curves and the level of service arrived and Sidra Intersection 5.1 tools were used for the analysis. All midblock evaluated with different performance measures both in current and future conditions with basic considerations.
