Findings of the paper suggest an alternative way of creating value which is geared towards the analysis of the micro processes of a service logic considering stakeholders interests. Productivity can be created jointly and not separately by the stakeholders. Traditionally, the aim of the company was maximize the profit and recently maximize the value, but not the value for all the stakeholders. In the literature so far, value creation has not been studied as a nexus of increased value because of the micro processes in a company.
