摘要

复合结构永磁同步电机(CS-PMSM)是近年来发展起来的一种新型电机,由两台电机组成。在混合动力汽车(HEV)上具有广阔的应用前景。这台机器的主要缺点之一是,由于其中一个转子有电枢绕组,必须使用电刷和滑环。为了解决这一问题,本文做了一些研究工作,并提出了一种新的无刷方案。新型无刷永磁同步电机由一个定子电机(SM)和一个无刷双转子电机(BDRM)组成。由于BDRM采用了新的爪极结构,绘制了等效磁路,建立了模型并采用三维有限元法对其进行了优化,优化结果表明,反电动势和转矩均满足要求。
