It has even become a tradition passed down from one generation to the next; It also acquired the lion’s share of traditional daily uses, which contributed to the prosperity of electronic phone applications created by American, Japanese, and Chinese technology companies. The disputes between them increased and the exchange of accusations between them of their violations of intellectual property, whether in the inventions issued from their products or that they overlooked the actions of users that had become normal for their violation of intellectual property rights, hence the importance of this research.
