摘要

1000mw超超临界变压运行燃煤一次性锅炉袋式除尘器进口烟气流场不均匀。局部烟气温度高,会触发喷水降温系统启动,容易导致水蒸汽凝结,堵塞布袋。对除尘器进口烟道的流场进行了测试,并在此基础上进行了数值模拟,最后设计了挡板安装方案。实施挡板改造后的流场试验结果表明,袋式除尘器进口烟气温度和烟气速度分布的均匀性得到了明显改善。
